REVIEW: The Body Shop Seaweed Ionic Clay Mask

Whenever I am beauty shopping I always keep an eye out for the next big thing to help me with my skin problems, in my case: blemishes, redness and oily skin. A few weeks ago I bought this Seaweed Ionic Clay Mask from The Body Shop to help me out when things get rough.
This mask was originally created for people with combination/oily skin but I have read a good amount of reviews loving this for normal skin. The active ingredient in this mask is the bladderwrack seaweed which is known to have powerful antioxidant and antibacterial properties. The mask looks like thick green/blue/grey -ish mud and has a thick grainy consistency that goes a long way. Only a little product is needed to cover the whole face. The scent can come off rather strong when opening the lid so I'm guessing it's not for everyone - although when put on the face the scent is quite unnoticeable. Considering it is in a pot, I have to use a Popsicle stick in avoiding transferred bacteria.

The mask dries fast onto the skin (between 2-3 minutes) and make your pores look ginormous. Immediately I start to get a tight feeling, making me helpless to speak or smile. I tend to keep it on for 20 minutes rather than the recommended 10 minutes.
The Body Shop states that it can be used up to twice weekly, but I find that once a week is enough for my skin. Also because I like to use a Tea Tree oil mask for my blemishes throughout the week. After I rinsing out the mask (usually with a rather wet, soft face cloth because I find it hard to remove with my hands), I pat it dry and I immediately afterwards see a huge difference to my skin. It feels softer, cleaner and the redness fade away. Moreover, blemishes seem to dry faster which is a major bonus.
Excuse the poker face - it's really hard to smile with it on the face.

You can see how ginormous this mask makes my pores look like.
The Good:
-purifies, refreshes, and smoothes the skin.
-gets rid of excess oil.
-reduces black heads.
-fades redness and help blemishes to dry faster.

The Bad:
-strong chemical/clay scent.
-takes a long time to wash off.
-can't talk or smile when with it on your face because it might gunk all over the place (obviously when applying clay masks).

In conclusion, this mask works great as clarifying and detoxifying mask for people with combination/oily skin. Do use it on oily skin parts since it will dry it even more. You can get this mask from any TBS store or online for £12 (also at the moment they have a huge sale - 40% off everything).

Hope you'll find this useful. Have a good day!

Book Review: The Fault in Our Stars by John Green.

I am not a big reader.

Proof?!
I can count the books I've read over the past 18 years on one hand -
The Hunger Games
The Hunger Games Catching Fire
The Perks of being a Wallflower and
The Fault in Our Stars.

One can note that from the title of the books, I have just started reading from the previous year? And let me tell you - it's a great improvement for me.

It's not that I don't love books, it's just that I prefer watching the movie of the book rather than reading it myself. I know that a lot of you might probably disagree with me on this one, but I don't seem to connect with the characters in the way I do when watching the movie.

While reading, my brain tend to depart to another planet, in space actually which will take minutes to snap back into reality. Because of this I tend to take about a month or even more to finish one single book of about 300 pages. So, yeah this is why I prefer to watch a 2 hours or even 4 movie, than spending the same exact time reading.

But I think that John Green has just changed it all.

I've been wanting to buy this book from the moment it was published (I like to collect books, just so they look pretty on my bookshelf?! shh..) and for some reason I have waited until last month to do so.
I was determined to start reading it at that exact moment and in fact I did. I read about 30 pages in one day but then I just left it there. My friend, Elaine (you can check her blog here) bought the book a day after I did and she finished it in maybe one and a half weeks, maybe less and she practically spent the whole month pushing me to read it, so that we could talk about it and fangirling.

It was until yesterday that I've picked it up again.

I typed - audible.com (if you do not know what this is, it's basically a page from amazon where you can pay a few £ and download your audiobook, meaning having someone to read it for you instead of reading it yourself) in Google, clicked on the link and searched for The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. I heard the sample and thankfully the voice was feminine and soft - a voice that you could hear all day without getting a headache. I downloaded the app on my iPad and downloaded the audiobook from it.

The Review.

I knew that the characters were terminal that it is a sad book and that's what it got me more into the book. For a good portion of the book I found myself tittering at Hazel and Augustus' dry humor. The first half was predominantly light-hearted and cheerful, despite the glum situation the characters were in. Even when things got more serious, the humor was subtle. If I could describe it, I'd compare it to a grandparent making a joke about their looming death. It's a bit awkward and uncomfortable, but peculiarly reassuring that it's possible to joke about something so morbid.

The plot was "good" for me, never wowing me or keeping me on the edge of my seat - the usual cancer stories. There weren't many plot twists or "ah ha!" moments because you could tell from the beginning how it continues and how it would end. Despite all of this I did cry, a lot actually but it just wasn't for the characters. It was because the position they were in - because cancer sucks. Do not get me wrong, this is a beautifully written book and I loved reading every bit of it, it's the characters that I question. Are they really teenagers? I mean I know that they are very intelligent and let's face it they spent a lot more time contemplating life than your average teen, but they never felt real to me.

I finished reading the book earlier this morning and I cried and sobbed and cried and sobbed even more, but it didn't leave the same effect that A Walk to Remember, 50,50 or Now is Good have left. After watching these I spent most of my days really sad and heartbroken - having no courage at all to talk to people.
But this might be because I have read the book and not watch it (as previously explained). I have to wait until June then to find out.

Read this book? No?! Grab your copy and start reading it, it's worth a read.
(If you don't want to buy the book, you can read it as a pdf from here)

Hope this helped you in any ways possible.

I Need Help.

Okay. I have been sitting here on this chair for about an hour now (and my bum's starting to ache), wondering what can I write about for today's post.

I don't feel writing about:
-a beauty/hair product review, or
-a haul, or
-a skincare routine.

Basically I want to write a fun post.

And I questioned myself: "What do I love almost as beauty and fashion?"
This is what I came up with.

Hi. My name is Krystabelle, 18 years old and apart from being a beauty AND a fashion shopaholic, I am also a TV addict. Yes. Like every other teenager out there, I guess. I spend 85% of my day laying in my bed, with my computer in my laps, watching some kind of series.

Now, I like to watch anything that catches my eyes, I'm not that picky when it comes to movies/tv shows - black and white movies, old movies, sci-fi, anything, but like every other person I have my own opinions and favorites. Theme wise, I love anything, action, thriller, horror, dark comedy, psychological, mysterious, crime or drama related. I am not the rom-com kind of girl, I mean I watch them but I don't ENJOY watching them as much as when I  am watching a horror movie or a series.

(This might sound a bit strange but when I'm watching something I would want to feel it - living it myself if possible, in the sense of I want to feel what the character is feeling at that exact moment - depressed, terrified and so on. And all of this does not happen in Romantic Comedies and I will tell you why. They all have the same plot - a guy meets a girl in a romantic place, their eyes meet and they fall in love with each other, something bad happens which leads them to break up and then one of them (usually the guy) realizes that he has just lost the love of his life 1 minute before she has to catch a flight or something and miraculously he will arrive at the airport on time or even stop the plane if the director feels like it and will live happily ever after. Am I correct? Isn't this what always happens in rom-coms?)

I have a feeling that this is going to be a long one which I honestly don't expect you to be reading every single bit of it - it might get boring half way through it, but you can take a quick look to what you can watch next or see if anyone else's like to watch what you like. I love doing this when I need something new to watch.

As a TV addict I am always searching for something new to watch. And these ladies and gentlemen, are the current favourite TV series that I am watching (in alphabetical order - because I can't really choose which one I like the most sorry!).

♥ 90210 (2008 - 2013)
Themes: Comedy, Drama, Romance
Seasons: 5
My Rating: 7.5

This series is somewhat a re-do of the 90210, Beverly Hills (1990). Now, this is not my usual series to watch but I liked it anyway. It is something similar to Gossip Girl but better - a whole lot better! It is about two siblings from Kansas who relocates themselves in Beverly Hills. They encounter a lot of drama but it was pleasant to watch and even exciting. Also, for the ladies out there - you get to see Matt Lanter in a swimsuit a lot! haha.

Despite the magnificent story throughout the five seasons that they aired, I think that they could have done much better with the ending - It was quite cheesy and there was neither an unexpected twist nor a climax. Everyone saw it coming.

♥ Arrow (2012 - present)
Themes: Action, Adventure, Crime
Seasons: 3
My Rating: 8.1

This is like a superhero kind of series. It is about a spoiled billionaire playboy, let me rephrase that: a really good-looking, spoiled billionaire playboy, Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) who gets missing and presumed dead when his yacht gets lost at sea. He then returns five years later a changed man, determined to clean up the city as a hooded vigilante (which I think it's quite lame having just a hood to cover his face, until later in season 3, everyone could have identified him) armed with a bow.

I love this show, but for some reason I tend to leave it for when I completely don't have anything else to watch. And then when I do start watching, I get frustrated when I finish them all and have to wait a week or so to watch the next episode. Yes, it's a strange thing.

♥ Bates Motel (2013 - present)
Themes: Horror, Mystery, Thriller
Seasons: 2
My Rating: 9.5

Now this is a new one for me and it has definitely made it in my top 5 series already. It was also in my March Favorites. Apparently this series is a contemporary prequel to the genre-defining film "Psycho". It gives a portrayal of how Norman Bates (Freddie Highmore - couldn't believe my eyes how much Charlie -from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory or August Rush has grown!) psyche unravels through his teenage years. The audience discover the dark, twisted back-story of Norman and how deeply intricate his relationship with his mother, Norma (Vera Farmiga), truly is.

If you ask me, this series is not a "horror" kind of series, it just hooks you up tremendously with your screen and gives you a tiny scare every now and then - maybe 5 times in one season?!. I cannot recommend this series to you all enough. Stop whatever you're doing right now and go give it a look! It's worth a watch.

♥ Beauty and the Beast (2012 - present)
Themes: Drama, Thriller
Seasons: 2
My Ratings: First season I give it an 8.7, now?! I'd probably give it a 6.8

Well I seriously loved the first season - especially that scar on Vincent Keller's (Jay Ryan) face but now the scar's gone and even the story, it got to the point that it's not that interesting anymore.

This show is about a detective - Catherine Chandler (Kristin Kreuk), which by the way she is gorgeous, couldn't find anyone else to do the Beauty part, whom is shaken to the core over the fact that everything she thought she knew about her life has been a total lie. She is determined to get answers to the secrets that have been revealed about her family. In the meantime, Cat must also try to navigate her evolving relationship with the handsome doctor - Vincent Killer, who struggles with becoming a terrifying beast when he is enraged, unable to control his super-strength and heightened senses. They desire to be a normal couple while trying to keep a low profile in order to stay one step ahead from the enemy known as - Muirfiel - a mysterious organisation which now is on the hunt for both of them.

♥ Breaking Bad (2008 - 2013)
Themes: Crime, Drama, Thriller
Seasons: 5
My Ratings: This might seem cheesy but I am going to give this a 10.

Okay. This show right here, yeah this one, kept me awake for approximately 48-50 hours. I watched this all at once - I couldn't sleep knowing that I haven't finished the series yet. It is THAT GOOD. I know that a lot of you might be criticizing the fact and so on, but I am honestly telling the truth. I ate in my bed, I took the computer with me in the bathroom while taking a bath - I seriously became obsessed with this from the first episode.

This show made me feel sad, frustrated, depressed, sometimes disgusted, made me curse a little and made cry and laugh at the same instance a lot. These are the feelings that I like to get when watching something. This is why I watched the whole show in two days and gave it a 10 stars. WONDERFUL SHOW! Good job to Vince Gilligan for being such a genius and creating such a spectacular show.

The background story.
A Chemistry genius, high school teacher, Mr. Walter White (Bryan Cranston) teams up with a remarkably good-looking ex-student, Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) to cook and sell the world's purest crystal met, after he (Walter) gets diagnosed with lung cancer, to provide money for his family's future. The ending?! Stunning! I am not going to say anything else, just go watch it if you haven't already (which make me questioning you whether you've been living under a rock for these past year or so?)!

♥ Gossip Girl (2007 - 2012)
Themes: Drama, Romance
Seasons: 6
My Ratings: 4.2

This show - omg! I hate this show more than anything in the world. I am so sorry if you like it but seriously how can you? It's the most dramatic show that I have ever seen, and by dramatic I mean, in the bad way.

This show is about some privileged "teens" (they DO NOT look like teens) living on the Upper East side of New York City.

I do not know how I watched 5 entire seasons of it! FIVE!! My "friend" used to watch it and I kind of got into it at that moment just so we could have something to talk about. But seriously? How did I watch almost the whole show?!

♥ Glee (2009 - present)
Themes: Comedy, Drama, Music
Seasons: 5
My Ratings: 6.8

Will this ever end? I used to love watching it, but I stopped at the end of season 4, it just got a bit boring and honestly I don't love watching musical shows. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Disney movies and Musical movies (like Moulin Rouge - my all time favorite musical) but in a show, I don't quite dig it.

So without further rambling, this show is about a group of ambitious misfits who try to escape the harsh realities of high school by joining a glee club - which by the way it is considered as the "lame" club in the show. In this group they find strength, acceptance and ultimately their voice, while working to pursue dreams of their own.

(Also I would like to show my respect for Cory Monteith's fans who has passed away last year.)

♥ New Girl (2011 - present)
Themes: Comedy
Seasons: 3
My Ratings: 8.1

Seriously, this is the only comedy I watch. It's light weighting and I just love watching it (also my all time favorite actress - Zooey Deschanel is a main actress in it so, that sums it up).

After a bad break-up, Jess (Zooey Deschanel), an offbeat young woman who is also a teacher, moves into an apartment loft with three single men. Although they find her behavior quite unusual, the men support her - at least most of the time.

♥ Pretty Little Liars (2010 - present)
Themes: Drama, Mystery, Thriller
Seasons: 4
My Ratings: Cheesy again - a 10 for me.

This is seriously one of the best shows ever made as well. 10 minutes in the first episode of the first season and I am already sucked in the TV show.

Four friends (all of which are girls) band together after they've been separated for about a year, against an anonymous foe who threatens to reveal their darkest secrets, while unraveling the mystery of the murder of their best friend. I am not going to say anything else because I don't want to spoil it for you but trust me, you might have to take a week off and watch it. (I've re-watched it like two times now, and I have just started my third time). Search for clues guys!
My favorite from the girls has always been Aria Montgomery (Lucy Hale) - she looks stunning in every episode, I love her character and how she doesn't get into drama as much as the other three and oh my, I wish I could rock her clothes like she does!

♥ Supernatural (2005 - present)
Themes: Drama, Fantasy, Horror
Seasons: 9
My Ratings: 9.8 (cheeky, haha)

I have a little story behind this, that I didn't know it all quite existed until last week haha. So, basically I started watching this (at least that's what I thought) from my first year in college through one of my best friends in the world. But stopped watching it after the 5th episode - "Bloody Mary". It was too much to handle at that time and maybe it still is - I don't know why, I love horror movies, but I can't stand it when mirrors get involved I get too scared. But anyway. Then continued watching it after maybe 9 months or so.
So last Sunday, my aunt visited and I was catching up with the last episode of it and she told me that the actors are definitely not new to her. After the whole episode she remembered. She said that she used to watch it with me when she was pregnant with her third child. Like seriously? How can I forget? I guess back then (maybe when I was like 12/13) I wasn't that much into men like I am nowadays haha.

Onto the actual reason you're here now.

This is about two brothers known as the Winchesters (Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki) who follow their father's footsteps as hunters, fighting evil supernatural beings of many kinds including monsters, demons and gods that roam the earth.

This is one of my favorite shows as well, and do not worry 9 seasons aren't that much considering you get to see Jensen Ackles in every episode and soon after Misha Collins. Also I would like to include the fact that loads of people think that this show does not have a story, well that's what I thought when I first watched the first season, but then the story will start building up don't worry. And prepare for the laughter. Misha and Jensen are quite something together. If you don't know what I am talking about just click here and you'll get into it haha.

♥ Teen Wolf (2011 - present)
Themes: Comedy, Drama, Horror
Seasons: 3
My Ratings: 8.4

Let me just start by saying - it IS NOT  a horror show, I don't know why it is listed as horror. Thriller, yes! Horror, not even close! I started watching this in January and I loved it from the second I watched.

A somewhat awkward teen gets attacked by a werewolf, Derek Hale (Tyler Hoechlin) and inherits the curse itself, as well as the enemies that come with it, and trust me there's a lot.
(If you're a constant reader of my blog then you may know that one of my guinea pigs is named after him - Derek haha, you can read all about it here)

If you've never heard about this, Dylan O'Brien , is a main actor as Styles Stilinski, which makes the show even better. haha

♥ The Following (2013 - present)
Themes: Crime, Drama, Mystery
Seasons: 2
My Ratings: 9.3

This was suggested to me by a colleague, and oh my, am I grateful to him? If you like crimes and mysteries then this show is the one for you. It has everything.

It is about a brilliant and may I just emphasize the word - Brilliant, and charismatic, yet psychotic serial killer, Joe Caroll (James Purefoy) who communicates with other active serial killers and activates a cult of believers following his every command, with Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon) on his trails.

♥ The Vampire Diaries (2009 - present)
Themes: Drama, Fantasy, Horror
Seasons: 5
My Ratings: At the beginning 8.9, now 7.2 or even less.

I don't think that I have to explain this series in much detail, because I know that it is a well known show among you. First of all I think that you all agree with me that the horror theme does not apply here either.

Basically it is about a high school girl (who gets on everyone's nerve by trying to be a heroic human being), Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev) who is torn between two hot vampire brothers, Stefan and Damon Salvatore (Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder).
(Team Stelena over here, I'm sorry Delena fans. haha.)

♥ The Walking Dead (2010 - present)
Themes: Drama, Horror, Thriller
Seasons: 4
My Ratings: 9.1

Now this is a horror show. Not the can't sleep for a whole week kind of horror, but the sneaking around kind of horror. It is maybe a guy show to watch but love me some zombies. This is a great one everybody, if you're searching for a Zombie Apocalypse kind of show, this is the one. Zombies? Scary enough, almost real!

It's all about the zombies this one. A police officer Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) leads a group of survivors, losing some along the way, in a world overrun by zombies.

__________  ♥  __________

So these, ladies and gentlemen, are the shows that I am currently watching - quite a lot I know, but for someone who has nothing better to do in life this is just a few. I hope that I helped you a bit in choosing your next show to watch, if not, then I am so sorry.

These three other shows are on my list to watch next: (what do you think of them, good/bad?)
-White Collar (actually I've already seen the first episode and I loved it)
-Once Upon a Time
-Orange is the New Black

I know that a lot of you like the idea of watching series online, and like you this is what I used to do before I started downloading the episodes. I used to use - letmewatchthis.com, but now I am downloading each episode from kickass.to. I started downloading them because at uni we have a crappy internet and I used to end up wasting 4 hours free trying to watch ONE episode - it was hell! So with downloaded episodes I can watch them whenever and wherever I want.

Also before I leave, a good website that helps you keep track of your favorite shows - which episodes you've watched and which you haven't already, when's your next episode due and so on, is this one right here:

If you have any good shows similar or even different than the ones I've mentioned do let me know in the comments below. I love watching new shows!

Thank you for your time.

REVIEW: The NYX Butter Gloss

I've heard SO MANY good things about these glosses that I had to try some. I bought 3 shades that I thought will suit me the most in which they are - BLG 01 STRAWBERRY PARFAIT, BLG 02 ECLAIR and BLG 08 APPLE STRUDEL.

There are 12 shades in all in this range for the price of £5 each which I think it's a really good price for people with a budget.

These things couldn't have been named better. When you're applying them on your lips they feel so soft - like you're spreading melted butter all over them. Also, how can one forget their sweet and delicious smell and taste - as a sugar cookie. They do make your lips look shiny hence the name - Butter GLOSS. Moreover these are not super sticky, one can get away with them without feeling scared that their lips might get sealed together, like some glosses do.

Now to the downside of the product. Personally I am not a fan of glosses and these are not the best glosses out there, but they are not so bad. When first swatched on the back of my hands in the store I thought that they might look nice on the lips and that they will not turn up as sheer as other glosses do, but I thought wrong. Although I think that I bought a variety of colors - a light pink, a strong pink and an orange-y one, they all look the same on the lips which is frustrating. In fact I tried to take some pictures of them on my lips but I don't even know which one is the right shade. Other than that if you are the kind of person that does not like perfumed make up on your face then these are not for you because they do have a strong sweet-y scent (for me this doesn't bother me, because I am a sucker for sweet scented things but for someone with a sensitive smell might). Another thing, like other branded glosses, these do not stay for a long time (for an hour and a half maximum?!) because they are super glossy and even when you speak you are taking away all the "colour" that they have.

When I saw that they all have the same colour effect on my lips, I decided to wear them over a lipstick for a creamy and shiny effect - especially if wearing a matte lipstick. They don't change the colour of the lipstick you're wearing but they just make your lips look better with them on top of your lipstick. I hate it when buying make up or fashion items and then don't end up wearing them because I don't like them anymore, but this time I can work my way around them - which I do like.

Here are some swatches of them together with the lipsticks I chose to wear them with:

♥ NYX Butter Gloss in BLG 01 STRAWBERRY PARFAIT together with
Revlon Colourburst Lip Butter in 075 LOLLIPOP

♥ NYX Butter Gloss in BLG 01 STRAWBERRY PARFAIT together with
Essence in 53 ALL ABOUT CUPCAKE

♥ NYX Butter Gloss in BLG 08 APPLE STRUDEL together with
BeYu Star Lipstick in 09

From left to right: All about cupcake, Eclair, Lollipop, Strawberry Parfait, 09, Apple Strudel
So out of 10, I give these glosses a 6, just because I'm not that keen on them and I am much more of a matte lipstick person. As said before - yes they are like butter on the lips, and yes they aren't that sticky and yes they smell delicious, and let's face it with just £5 you can't really go wrong with these, but what's the purpose of putting something on your lips with no colour, just super shiny?! This is just my opinion. I know that a lot of you guys love  these so much, and I did want them to work out for me, but they didn't.

What's your opinion? Do you love/not so much these butter glosses? Do you own any shades?

Comment down below (if you feel like it).

The MARCH Favorites.

There's something about March that makes smile-aholic! I do not know whether it is because of the feeling of the beginning of Spring or just because we have two public holidays. Either way I just love this month and sadly it flew by so quickly.

I haven't tried that many new products this month but I still have some favorites that I rediscovered or just started to use them just now.

The discovery of The Body Shop Organic Cotton Square Pads (for only £2.50) is a real life saver. I was looking for some large cotton pads to remove my make up with for quite a while now, and when like three weeks ago, I walked into The Body Shop store (for the millionth time) I came across these and I had to buy them and check them out. One pack has 50 cotton pads, which for the price I think that it is a really good amount. The next day that I bought them and tried them out, I went out and bought another two packs - they are THAT GOOD. The best thing about these is that they are huge - therefore you only need one of them. Also they are super soft meaning they are not rough and hurt your skin - good for sensitive skin types. I can't recommend these enough if you are in need of a new pack of cotton pads.

I am a huge fan of colored lips - cannot go anywhere without colored lips and I change it pretty much everyday, but NOT this time. Since I've bought the Revlon Just Bitten Balm Stain in 001 Honey, I can't stay away from it. I open the lip products drawer - millions of colors to choose from, which one I pick up? Anyone? Yes this one right here. First of all the formula is amazing, creamy and quite pigmented but also it smells and tastes of mint and can I just say - I am a huge fan of mint; I like the color, the taste and the smell, it's just amazing. When you put it on you get the tingling feeling and your lips feel like that they've been just cleansed out with toothpaste, but this feeling lasts for 30 seconds top, so do not worry. Now, colour wise - I have two shades: this one and 020 Lovesick (which I haven't yet tried out yet). The colour is like a dirty deep rosy shade which makes it perfect for an every day use with a plain make up, or with a dramatic smokey eye look in the evening. Either way it's just amazing.

Although this is like "a happy month" for me, I had really bad skin days - a lot of redness and also a lot of pimples popping out everywhere (even next to my earrings whole, who has that?). So The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil was a good friend of mine this month, you can say that we are best buddies now. A tea tree oil is a staple in your skin care collection (of any brand), I think that they all perfectly work the same. This stuff does miracles, I put it on the nasty little thing before I go to sleep and voila the next morning I wake up with a tiny red blemish. I'm not saying that it will look like I've never had anything but it just really fade it away.

As I said before, March is a happy month, and what is better than a nice, sweet coloured cheeks? I had the Sleek Blush By 3 in Pink Lemonade in my everyday make up drawers for pretty much the whole month. It has 3 nice pink-y shades: two powdered ones and a cream one. The powdered ones has a little shimmer in them which highlights your cheeks and give you a fresh sweet look. Also I loved the cream one - I used it as a blush but also as a lip colour (which actually had some compliments about it). I think this is going to be my go to blush palette for the Spring/Summer since I like to wear pink-y or coral-y shades in this season.

Now onto the random favorites of the month.

Food: Easter's approaching and what is better than the Cadbury Mini Eggs? If you have never heard of these or never tried them, these are teeny tiny colourful eggs with delicious chocolate inside them. Seriously I ate two packs of them by myself already, Cadbury why are you doing this to me? I cannot resist from eating them.

Song: This is a quite a random one and although it is a last year song(/film), I sing it all the time - at work, at uni, in the shower, in my sleep, everywhere and I might need help. The song is - Do you want to build a snowman? from the Disney movie Frozen. It is so cute and I just can't stop from singing it.

Movie/TV: This month loads of series that I love ended for now like Pretty Little Liars and Teen Wolf and I'm up to date with all the other series that I watch (which btw I watch a lot, comment in the section below if you would like me to to make a post with all the series that I watch), so I needed to start watching another one and I found the amazing - Bates Motel. I'm not going to spoil the story for you but basically it is about a mother (Vera Farmiga) and her son (Freddie Highmore) and another hot son (Max Thieriot) who own a motel and some strange things happen - really helpful I know haha. It is classified as a horror, mysterious, thriller series on imdb.com, but personally I don't think that it is much of a horror series. If you like these kind of series, than this one is for you, go check it out!
